SHHC Family Application

We are only accepting applications during the month of January each year.

DIRECTIONS: Please review admissions information, complete the entire online application form, and submit electronically. Once we receive your application, we will contact you to participate in a short interview with members of our leadership team where we can find out more about your family, your personal testimony of faith in Christ, and how you see yourself contributing to and being supported by the cooperative. This can be combined during your visit at co-op if you are applying during the school year.

 

ACCEPTANCE INTO THE COOPERATIVE WILL BE CONTINGENT UPON SEVERAL FACTORS INCLUDING:
-Acceptance and Affirmation of SHHC’s Statement of Faith

-Space within co-op

-Personal interview

-Willingness to serve and teach classes

 

We will notify you within TWO WEEKS of your informal interview to let you know if you've been accepted.

 

There is a $50 non-refundable fee due when your family has been accepted into co-op. If payment is not received within 1 week of your acceptance, your spot may be given to another family. Finally, all parents are required to submit clearances before the start of co-op in order to participate.  

 

Remember, we cannot hold spots for "interested" families. Each family must FIRST submit an application in order to be considered.
